Overview

My research interests lie at the intersection of strategy and innovation, with an emphasis on how organizational design affects innovation  I am on the academic strategy market. In my job market paper, I analyze how cognitive diversity interacts with organizational structure to influence a firm's decision to explore or exploit. I am a Lecturer at Ross School of Business.
